I have a broad Information Technology (IT) background, having successfully worked in many areas building
windows and novel networks and infrastructure; following industry standards for business analysis to improve systems and processes,
and support project managers; managing web, desktop, and server application implementation and development projects; implementing
IT governance and control for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance and information security; using various phases of the Information
Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle to manage and increase IT operations and performance; editing and
updating service level agreements (SLA) and service portfolios; migrating and integrating enterprise resource planning (ERP) and
data systems using the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process; developing and providing end-user training and change management
support; and other functional and technical support activities.
As a motivated leader, innovative thinker, and results-driven professional, I have helped to improve business use of technology
and implemented effective processes to help the enterprise achieve its goals working with all levels from c-level executive positions
(reporting to the CIO) to entry-level positions.
